I offer a comprehensive bodywork experience by throughly integrating movement, stretching, Swedish, Deep Tissue and Reflexology techniques. A customized session, or session plan, can offer increased range of motion, increased circulation, breakdown of scar tissue/muscular adhessions and increased physical and mental relaxation.

I use only the highest quality products; pure botanical organics that are sustainable, and cruelty-free.
